We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock reconciliation. In this role, you will oversee stock movements, supervise warehouse staff, and maintain accurate inventory accounts. A solid grasp of basic accounting principles is required to reconcile stock ledgers and track operational expenses. Prior experience or understanding of quick-commerce (Q-commerce) supply chain logistics (e.g., Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee daily inward and outward inventory movements, stock auditing, cycle counts, and real-time inventory updates.
- Warehouse Operations: Manage dispatch workflows, pick-and-pack efficiency, space utilization, and warehouse team supervision to ensure fast order fulfillment.
- Accounting & Reconciliation: Maintain accurate stock ledgers, prepare purchase orders (POs) and goods received notes (GRNs), track cost of goods, and perform periodic physical-to-book stock reconciliations.
- Logistics & Supply Chain: Coordinate with vendors, distributors,



and delivery drivers; optimize safety stock levels to minimize stock-outs and shrinkage.
- Quick-Commerce Alignment: Implement fast-paced inventory turning techniques, dark store operations concepts, and rapid order dispatch protocols where applicable.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

2–5 years in warehouse management, inventory control, or store supervision

Technical Skills

Proficiency in ERP/WMS software (Tally, SAP, Zoho Inventory, Excel) for inventory and ledger entries

Accounting Knowledge

Strong understanding of inventory accounting, FIFO/LIFO valuation, variance analysis, and ledger posting

Logistics Understanding

Familiarity with supply chain processes, dark store setups, and high-frequency dispatch (Q-commerce)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
