About the Role
We are looking for a target-oriented Google Ads Business Development Executive who has prior experience selling Google Ads services and can convert business prospects into paying clients.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with business owners, understanding their requirements and explaining how Google Ads can support their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and contact potential clients interested in Google Ads.
- Generate business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales.
- Understand client requirements, goals and advertising needs.
- Explain Google Ads services and campaign benefits.
- Recommend suitable PPC/Google Ads solutions according to client needs.
- Qualify leads and prioritize high-intent prospects.
- Conduct sales calls and online meetings.
- Follow up consistently with prospects.
- Handle objections and answer questions related to Google Ads services.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals.




- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Provide regular sales updates to management.

MUST HAVE

- Minimum 1 year of Google Ads Sales experience.
- Google Ads/PPC service selling experience is mandatory.
- Candidate must understand Google Ads services and their key benefits.
- Must be able to understand and qualify client requirements.
- Must be confident in converting interested business owners into paid clients.
- Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and closing ability.
- Target-oriented approach.

Ideal Profiles
Google Ads Sales Executive, Google Ads BDE, PPC Sales Executive, Digital Marketing BDE, Performance Marketing Sales Executive or Google Ads Business Development Specialist.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
