Guardian Angel Institute of Caregiving (GAIC) is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Student Counsellor to support student admissions for our job-oriented caregiving and healthcare training programs.

The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, counselling prospective students, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Counsel prospective students and understand their career goals.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other campaigns.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM/lead management system.




- Maintain regular communication with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with the training and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Participate in college visits, career counselling programs, education fairs, and admission campaigns.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

Requirements

- Qualification: Any Degree.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Student Counselling, Admissions, Education Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.
- Excellent English and Malayalam communication skills are required.
- Strong counselling, communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with good lead conversion and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/lead management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
