Pharma Edge Academy is a pharmaceutical research training and skill-development platform offering practical training programs in computational drug discovery, research methodology and pharmaceutical research skills.

We are looking for a motivated Freelance Student Registration & Lead Conversion Executive to help us generate and convert student registrations for our upcoming online certification program.

Program: Integrated In-Silico Drug Discovery – Basic Certification Program
Dates: 21 September – 3 October 2026
Time: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
Mode: Online
Program Fee: ₹2,500

Key Responsibilities

- Generate relevant student leads through online outreach and networking.
- Contact interested students through WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Explain the program, modules, schedule, fee and benefits.
- Follow up regularly with interested and payment-pending candidates.
- Handle basic questions and objections professionally.
- Guide students through the registration and payment process.
- Maintain lead and registration status in Google Sheets.
- Provide regular updates on enquiries, follow-ups and confirmed registrations.
- Focus on converting genuine prospects into paid registrations.

B.Pharm, M.Pharm,



Pharm.D, Biotechnology & Life Science students, research scholars, faculty and industry professionals.

Compensation

₹250 for every confirmed paid registration.

This is a performance-based freelance opportunity. Payment is made only for confirmed registrations where the student's ₹2,500 program fee has been successfully received and verified.

Potential earnings can be approximately ₹7,500–₹15,000+, depending on the number of successful registrations.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp and phone communication.
- Good follow-up and basic sales skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Experience in telecalling, education sales, student outreach or lead conversion is preferred.
- Existing connections with pharmacy, biotechnology or life-science student communities will be an advantage.

Work Arrangement

- Part-time
- Freelance
- Fully remote
- Approximately 18 hours/week
- Initial engagement: 30 days

Key: This role is focused on actual paid student registrations, not simply collecting leads.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
