Role Overview

We are looking for experienced IAS/UPSC educators, Civil Services aspirants' mentors, retired/serving government officers, and subject experts to join Edobb as mentors.

The role involves providing structured guidance to learners preparing for UPSC Civil Services Examination and related competitive examinations.

The mentor will primarily focus on teaching, mentoring, doubt clarification, strategy building, and personalized academic guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online mentoring and teaching sessions for UPSC/Civil Services aspirants.
- Guide learners on preparation strategy, study planning, revision and examination techniques.
- Teach relevant UPSC subjects such as:
- Indian Polity
- History
- Geography
- Economy
- Setting & Ecology
- Science & Technology
- International Relations
- Current Affairs
- Ethics, Integrity & Aptitude
- Governance and Social Issues
- Essay
- CSAT
- Optional Subjects
- Help learners understand the UPSC syllabus and examination pattern.




- Provide personalized guidance based on the learner's level, goals and preparation requirements.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions.
- Help learners identify strengths, weaknesses and areas requiring improvement.
- Guide learners in answer writing and analytical thinking.
- Provide feedback on written answers, essays and mock-test performance where applicable.
- Discuss current affairs and their relevance to the UPSC syllabus.
- Help learners develop effective study schedules and preparation strategies.
- Encourage critical thinking, conceptual understanding and independent learning.
- Use Edobb's digital learning and mentoring tools effectively.
- Create or select appropriate courses, subjects and topics available on Edobb.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive learning environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
