We are looking for a skilled and hardworking chef/porotta maker to join our kitchen team. We are seeking someone who is experienced in South Indian cuisine and can prepare fresh, crispy, and delicious porottas with consistent quality.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Porotta maker, South Indian chef, or kitchen chef preferred.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cooking.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
