The Stellar Academy is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated School Principal to lead our academic and administrative operations and foster a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff.
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation and academic standards.
- Monitor student progress, discipline, and overall well-being.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and staff.
- Plan and oversee school activities, assessments, and events.
- Drive teacher development, innovation, and continuous school improvement.
- Ensure school policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant school leadership/teaching experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion for education and student development.
- Experience with CBSE/State curriculum is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
