Hiring: Leather Handbag Master / Prototype Development – Ghaziabad

We are looking for an experienced Leather Handbag Master / Karigar to join us for the development of a premium leather handbag brand based in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad.

This is primarily a product development & prototyping role, rather than a conventional production/tailoring position.

We are looking for someone who has solid hands-on experience in:

- Premium leather handbags and leather goods

- Pattern making and pattern correction

- Developing structured and unconventional bag shapes

- Leather cutting, skiving and stitching /hand stitching

- Understanding construction, proportions and finishing

- Making prototypes and refining them through multiple iterations

- Working closely with a designer/founder to translate ideas into physical products

The ability to look at a design/sketch and understand how to actually construct the shape is extremely important.





We are setting up an in-house prototyping and development setup in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, so the person will have the opportunity to work closely with the founding team and develop new handbag silhouettes from concept to prototype.

Location: Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad

Experience: Preferably 5+ years in leather handbags / leather goods

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and skill
