Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience and strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation, development, and support. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, configuring, and enhancing HRSD solutions, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Service Catalog . The candidate should possess solid technical development skills, a solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, and experience working on upgrades, integrations, customizations, and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow HRSD applications and solutions.Design and implement HR Case Management workflows, Knowledge Management solutions, HR Services, and Employee Center capabilities.Configure and maintain HR Service Catalog items, Record Producers, HR Tasks, User Criteria, and Employee Journeys.Develop custom workflows and automations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.Create and maintain knowledge articles, knowledge bases, approval workflows, and content governance processes.Participate in requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and technical workshops.Configure and customize ServiceNow platform components including forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.Build and support integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching activities, clone activities,



and regression testing.Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues, defects, and service requests.Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, coding best practices, and governance guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, development activities, and release deployments.Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, unit test cases, and knowledge transfer materials.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimization activities

Skill Requirements
