About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Sales Executive with experience in the jewellery or retail industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, understand their requirements, have good knowledge of jewellery, and be able to guide them towards the right purchase.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle customers and assist them throughout their buying journey.

● Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasion, budget and style.

● Explain product features, designs, quality, pricing and relevant offers clearly.

● Create a warm, premium and welcoming shopping experience.

● Handle customer questions, objections and concerns professionally.

● Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

● Upsell and cross-sell relevant products wherever appropriate.

● Promote new collections, bestsellers, offers and promotional campaigns.

● Maintain a strong understanding of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.





● Follow up with prospective customers and previous customers when required.

● Develop strong knowledge of Touch925's products, collections and designs.

Requirements.

● 1-3 years of retail/sales experience.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Hindi required; conversational English preferred.

● Positive, energetic and target-oriented personality.

● Well-groomed and professional appearance.

● Customer-focused with valuable selling and convincing skills.

● Willing to work in shifts, weekends and during festive seasons.

● Jewellery/fashion/lifestyle retail experience will be an advantage.

● Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.

● Willingness to learn and stay updated on jewellery products and trends.

● Basic mathematical ability for handling prices, discounts, and transactions.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
