Hiring: Tele Collections Executive

Location: Hoodi, Bangalore
Position: Tele Collections Executive - Personal Loan and Business Loan Collections
Salary: Rs. 22,500 per month plus Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound collection calls for overdue Personal Loan and Business Loan accounts.

Follow up with customers regarding pending EMI payments and ensure timely collections.

Convince customers and negotiate repayment plans.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-ups in CRM.

Coordinate with field collection teams and backend operations for effective account resolution.

Handle customer queries, escalations, and payment-related concerns professionally.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Follow company collection processes, policies, and quality standards.





Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Collections, Collections, Customer Service, or related roles.

Experience in NBFC, BFSI, or financial services will be preferred.

Hindi and English communication is mandatory.

Knowledge of any additional regional language will be an advantage.

Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Robust interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Graduate in any discipline.

Age should be below 30 years.
