We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to oversee fabrication activities in our Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Shop.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day fabrication activities for pressure vessels.
- Plan and monitor fabrication work as per production schedules and drawings.
- Ensure proper fit-up, welding, fabrication, and assembly activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Welding, and Inspection teams.
- Monitor manpower, productivity, material availability, and work progress.
- Ensure fabrication activities comply with approved drawings, procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper fabrication records and coordinate with inspection teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and shop-floor requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.




- Minimum 5 years of experience in pressure vessel fabrication.
- Prior experience in ASME or PED-certified pressure vessel manufacturing shops is preferred.
- Good knowledge of pressure vessel fabrication processes, fit-up, welding, and assembly.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and fabrication procedures.
- Positive manpower handling and shop-floor supervision skills.
