Job Title: Communication Trainer

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Communication Trainer to join our team . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in teaching Phonics and LSRW (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The role requires dedication, creativity, and the ability to enhance students’ communication skills in a structured and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct training sessions on Phonics and LSRW for students.

* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

* Maintain class discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment.

* Collaborate with the academic team to align with curriculum requirements.

* Prepare necessary reports and documentation related to student performance.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching / communication training.

* Strong knowledge of Phonics and LSRW methodology.





* Bachelor’s degree in English / Education / Communication or a related field.

* Excellent command over English language (spoken and written).

* Ability to engage and motivate students of different age groups.

* Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
