Job Title: Accounts Manager
Employment Type: Full time, In-Office (6 days per week)
Salary: INR 50,000 - 60,000 CTC per month
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years

About the Role: The Accounts Manager will oversee the organization’s accounting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, & timely financial reporting. The role includes managing Tally operations, receipts & payments, bank reconciliations, financial statements, cash flow, MIS, & statutory filings such as TDS & GST, while also handling audits, ROC compliance, system implementation, & team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on Tally accounting software to manage & maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain income & expenses record, handle receipt & payment transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations & oversee day-to-day accounting entries in alignment with organizational policies.
- Oversee filing & compliance related to TDS & GST returns.
- Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss Accounts & Balance Sheets, with accuracy & timeliness.




- Prepare Cash Flow Statements & MIS Reports to support management decisionmaking.
- Manage ROC compliance activities & ensure adherence to statutory & regulatory requirements.
- Establish, implement, & improve accounting systems & processes to strengthen financial controls.
- Lead, guide, & mentor a team of accountants to drive performance & operational excellence.
- Manage & supervise end-to-end accounting procedures across the organization.
- Lead & coordinate statutory audits & tax audits, ensuring smooth execution & proper reporting.

Skills:

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively to improve productivity, streamline processes, and support business growth.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
