We’re looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing enthusiast to join our team and take ownership of our digital presence, social media growth, and performance marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to create engaging, fashion-focused content.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and other key metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, followers, conversions, and overall brand growth.
- Track digital marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, content formats, and digital marketing tools.
- Conduct competitor and market research, particularly within the fashion and lifestyle space.
- Support influencer collaborations, campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative strategies to continuously strengthen the brand’s online presence.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–3 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
- Candidates with experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, beauty,



or related industries will be strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager.
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media content, trends, and audience behaviour.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for fashion, aesthetics, content, and branding.
- Ability to understand campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to take ownership.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the creative and marketing teams.

Freshers Are Welcome

We are open to freshers with strong practical knowledge, relevant internships, academic or personal projects, and a genuine interest in social media, digital marketing, fashion, and brand building.

Practical knowledge and a solid understanding of digital marketing will be valued alongside formal experience.
