We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager - Solar to drive commercial and industrial (C&I;) solar sales in Srinagar. This is a client-facing, target-driven role focused on identifying, developing, and closing solar energy deals with commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with commercial and industrial clients for solar energy solutions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at C&I; accounts

- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers to prospective clients

- Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets

- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure feasible and competitive solar solutions

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the C&I; solar segment

- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities,



and client interactions

Requirements:

- Prior experience in the solar industry is mandatory (non-negotiable)

- Proven track record of business development with commercial and industrial clients

- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle

- Based in or willing to work in Srinagar

Salary: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month, depending on the caliber and experience of the candidate
