We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products clearly and confidently.
- Generate, follow up, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Build positive relationships with customers through qualified communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
