About LOGIWAYS PVT LTD

LOGIWAYS PVT LTD is a growing logistics company engaged in transportation and logistics operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper cash and bank records.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and coordinate with relevant departments/customers.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Maintain proper records of vendor and customer accounts.
- Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and customers whenever required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.




- Support management with accounting-related reports and data whenever required.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting entries.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Graduate/Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Good knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the logistics/transportation industry will be an added advantage.
