Role - Tamil Telecaller

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune (MH)

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls. onjob.io
- Pitch products/services and explain offers clearly.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Answer customer queries and resolve basic issues.
- Schedule demos, appointments, or callbacks.
- Maintain CRM records and update call outcomes.
- Meet daily call and conversion targets.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to relevant teams. Indeed

Required Qualifications

- Transparent verbal communication and confident phone manner.
- Good listening, persuasion, and patience.
- Basic computer skills and CRM/data-entry proficiency.
- Target orientation and resilience.
- Fluency in required languages (/English/Tamil).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
