About Us:
Hire and Care Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd is the Indian partner of Hire and Care DP GmbH, a RAL-certified company based in Berlin. We guide candidates from India into Ausbildung programmes across Germany - structured, government-recognised dual vocational training pathways that combine classroom learning with hands-on practical experience at German companies and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and convert inbound candidate enquiries across healthcare (nursing, elderly care), logistics, hospitality, automobile, and other vocational Ausbildung streams in Germany.
- Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidate eligibility, motivation, and readiness for migration.
- Explain the Ausbildung pathway clearly - programme structure, eligibility, timelines, career outcomes, and the complete migration process from India to Germany.
- Guide candidates through the full application journey, including documentation, language training coordination, visa preparation, and programme registration.
- Identify and research potential employers, training centres, and institutions in the German market and pass qualified leads to the Account Executive for further engagement.
- Identify and build partnerships with colleges, training institutes, and educational institutions in India to organise Ausbildung awareness seminars, webinars, and outreach events.
- Follow up consistently with candidates on pending documents, language progress, and application status.
- Coordinate with German partner institutions, companies, and training centres on candidate submissions and placement requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on changes in German Ausbildung regulations, visa requirements, and migration policies across all vocational streams.





Who We Are Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, admissions, or student counselling.
- Familiarity with the German Ausbildung system and German university admissions process is an added advantage.
- Experience in study abroad, education consulting, or international placement is a solid advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam; Hindi or German is a plus.
- Someone with energy, a strong mindset, and the confidence to take on challenges head-on.
- Able to explain complex migration and programme pathways in simple, compelling terms.
- Goal-oriented, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for helping candidates build their career abroad.
