Responsibilities

- Reach out to inbound and referred leads (patients/caregivers)
- Explain medical crowdfunding and assist with onboarding
- Build trust and empathy with patients and families
- Meet daily and monthly conversion targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements

- Excellent communication and soft skills
- Empathy and patience with medical cases
- Prior telesales/customer support experience preferred
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil (extra languages a plus)
- Graduate preferred, not mandatory for experienced candidates

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
