### Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end solution design across the **OTC cycle** including order capture, pricing and discounting, order orchestration, GOP/ATP, fulfillment, shipping and integration to Receivables/Revenue Management.

* Own configuration decisions for **Order Management, Advanced Pricing, GOP and Shipping Execution**.

* Review and approve functional design documents, configuration workbooks and test scripts.

* Troubleshoot complex cross-module issues including orchestration, pricing discrepancies, ATP failures and shipment exceptions.

* Manage project plans, timelines and resourcing for OTC workstreams across implementations, rollouts and AMS/support engagements.

* Own client-facing status reporting, risk/issue escalation and steering committee updates.

* Coordinate cutover,



data migration and go-live activities.

* Lead, mentor and develop Oracle Fusion functional/techno-functional consultants.

* Act as the primary escalation point for client stakeholders.

* Support presales activities including solution demos, proposal responses and effort estimates.

* Establish testing standards across **Unit Testing, SIT and UAT**.

* Identify opportunities to leverage **Oracle Redwood, automation and standard functionality**.

* Stay current with Oracle quarterly release updates impacting Order Management, Pricing, GOP and Shipping.

### Preferred Qualifications

* **2–3 implementation projects** in the OTC domain.

* End-to-end implementation lifecycle experience.

* Experience with pricing design, billing, collections, receivables and financial integration.

* Experience conducting client workshops and solution walkthroughs.

* Experience with **FBDI** for orders, price lists and sourcing rules.

* Strong experience in solution design, testing and delivery.

* Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.

**Ideal Candidate:**

Client-facing OTC Lead with robust functional expertise in **Oracle Fusion Order Management, Pricing, GOP, Shipping and AR**, with multiple implementation experience and the ability to lead solution design, delivery, support and stakeholder management.
