Role description

a) Design and engineering of an integrated steel plant covering the following:

- Conceptualization

- Basic Engineering

- Procurement Engineering

- Detailed Engineering

- Interface Management

- Detailed Construction Deliverables

- Vendor & Technology Supplier Management

- Estimation of Macro BOQs/Project Cost

- Health & Safety Management

- Quality Management

- Design & Engineering – Monitoring & Control

b) Documentation and record maintenance of engineering deliverables & reference documents

c) Ensure compliance to standards, norms and design basis of plant in areas of Process Engineering; Engineering -Iron ore Beneficiation

Skills

Key Accountabilities:

- Assist in design & engineering from concept to commissioning of plant

- Coordinate with technology suppliers, equipment vendors and other inter-departments for design & engineering

- Assistance in Value Engineering

- Participate in 3D model reviews of respective areas to check and comment 3D models.

Other details

Engineering (BE / B.Tech)/ in Mechanical /Mineral Processing. B.Arch AICTE or UGC approved.
