We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining our products/services, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers and prospects.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain daily call and customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers.

Skills & Requirements

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Confident and friendly telephone manner.
- Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers can apply telecalling/sales experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
