Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of life insurance advisors.
- Recruitment: Handle the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, onboarding, and documentation.
- Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for recent recruits and support advisors in their certification and skill development.
- Performance Management: Regularly monitor team performance, provide guidance and support, and motivate the team to achieve business targets.
- Business Development: Work with team members and senior management to implement marketing and distribution strategies.

Build and develop a high-performing team and ensure consistent achievement of performance goals.
