We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities and support the organization's talent acquisition needs.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle complete recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interviews.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate background verification (BGV).
- Maintain recruitment MIS and generate hiring reports.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Requirements:-

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS,



LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
- Solid MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Job Location: Malabar Headquarters, Calicut.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
