Job Summary

KISH Hospitality Consultant is hiring an experienced Facility Manager on behalf of a reputed Hospitality & Real Estate Company in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh.

The Facility Manager will be responsible for the overall management of facility operations, maintenance, housekeeping coordination, vendor management, safety, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the property.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the property.
- Supervise building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other engineering services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other operational teams.
- Manage vendors, contractors, service providers, and AMC activities.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, hygiene, and statutory requirements.




- Control facility-related expenses and monitor operational budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Maintain records, reports, maintenance schedules, and facility documentation.
- Handle emergencies and coordinate corrective action whenever required.
- Ensure high standards of property upkeep and guest/resident satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate the facility management team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering,

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
