About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Team Leader to lead our SEO team and manage SEO strategies for multiple client websites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO along with excellent team management and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor the SEO team.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for clients.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Manage on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO activities.
- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance.
- Create and review SEO reports and provide actionable insights.
- Identify technical and content-related SEO issues and coordinate with development/content teams for solutions.
- Develop link-building and content strategies.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Review team members' work and ensure SEO tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage multiple projects and maintain client performance targets.




- Communicate SEO performance and strategies to clients when required.
- Train team members and improve overall team productivity.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and advanced SEO techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Knowledge of SEO-friendly content and link-building strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant SEO experience.
- Previous experience managing or leading an SEO team will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
