Studio AVT Architects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sincere, Diligent, and Design oriented Architect to join our Team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys the process of design not just producing drawings. Our Projects do not follow a conventional or repetitive design pattern. Each Project is approached with a fresh perspective and requires patience, attention to detail, thoughtful iterations, and a calm mindset.

THE ROLE

The Architect will work closely with our Design Team on Projects from initial planning and layout development to design detailing and execution.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and refining architectural layouts and space planning
- Working on multiple design iterations and fresh design ideas
- Contributing actively to concept and design development
- Preparing architectural drawings, presentations, working drawings, and details
- Understanding proportions, circulation, functionality, and spatial relationships
- Coordinating architectural design with interiors, services, structure, and other consultants
- Working carefully on drawings with a strong attention to detail
- Taking ownership of assigned work and meeting timelines responsibly
- Coordinating with the team during different stages of design and execution
- Being open to feedback and willing to explore, rethink, and improve design solutions

OUR PROJECTS

Our portfolio offers exposure to a wide variety of projects across PAN India.

Approximately 50% of our current portfolio is residential, ranging from Budget Homes and Private Residences to Luxury Farmhouses and Row Houses.





The remaining Portfolio includes diverse typologies such as Hospitals, Hotels, Schools, Institutional and Commercial projects, giving our architects the opportunity to work across different scales and design challenges.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We would particularly like to meet architects who are:

- B.Arch graduates with 1–4 years of Professional Work Experience
- Robust in layout development and space planning
- Design-sensitive and interested in exploring fresh ideas
- Sincere, diligent, responsible, and consistent in their work
- Patient enough to work through multiple design iterations
- Capable of working with a calm and focused mindset
- Detail-oriented with a good understanding of architectural drawings
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a design team
- Keen to learn and grow through exposure to varied project typologies
- Proficient in relevant architectural design and drafting software
- Available to join immediately or at short notice
