ARTEN SPACE – Furniture Manufacturing Company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account/Finance Executive to join our team in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

Position Details:

Designation: Account/Finance Executive

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 3+ Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (Preferred)

Industry: Furniture Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting

✅ GST return filing and reconciliation

✅ TDS return filing and related compliance

✅ Balance sheet preparation and finalization

✅ Payroll coordination — salary processing, deductions, PF/ESIC, etc.

✅ Vendor/customer ledger management and reconciliation

✅ Monthly MIS, P&L;, cash flow and management reports

✅ Inventory,



purchase and production accounting

✅ Budgeting and variance analysis

✅ Coordinate with management, auditors, banks and vendors

Required Skills :

* Advanced MS Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts & Data Analysis

* GST & TDS Return Filing

* Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime

* Accounting Standards & Financial Reporting

* Positive analytical and problem-solving skills

* Strong communication and team coordination

* Manufacturing/furniture industry experience preferred
