Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent table service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Explain menu items and assist with guest requests.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table presentation.
- Handle guest concerns politely and professionally.
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and service standards.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of restaurant/café/hotel experience preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Customer-friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work during busy service hours and versatile shifts.
