Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and other site teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements at the site.
- Check measurements and maintain daily site progress reports.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other civil works.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and budget.
- Maintain site records, checklists, and required documentation.




- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company/site regulations.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic construction software.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Robust problem-solving and site-management skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
