Position: Senior Accounts Officer / Accounts Manager (Location: Calicut, Kerala ONLY)

Local Candidates Only: We are seeking candidates from Calicut Kerala (Kozhikode) and surrounding areas only.

Age Limit: Candidates should be under the age of 45 years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including but not limited to, ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and cash receipts.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with timely filing of MCA financial reports.
- Manage and comply with reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting policies and procedures.
- Forecast and plan budget requirements and initiate corrective actions to align with financial goals.
- Guide the accounting team by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to improve financial processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure transparency.
- Expertise in using Tally software for accounting and financial management.

Educational & Professional Requirements:





- Minimum BCom degree with Cost Accounting and Taxation as elective papers.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in accounts and supervisory positions in the accounting sector.
- Candidates possessing CA or ICWA intermediate qualifications will be given preference.

Key Skills:

- Profound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Strong expertise in Tally software.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, for effective correspondence and communication.
- Comprehensive understanding of taxation matters.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team towards achieving organisational financial goals.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
