Job Profile: Business Analyst

Experience: 3+years

Salary: ₹8–10 LPA

Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze business performance across revenue, budgets, products, regions, channels & customers

* Perform Budget vs Actual, Forecast vs Actual, Prior Year, variance & trend analysis

* Identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, risks & key business drivers

* Build and maintain Excel & Power BI dashboards, reports & KPIs

* Consolidate and validate data from ERP, Excel, Power BI & other sources

Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to management

* Support business reviews and ad-hoc analytical requirements

* Drive reporting automation using Power Query, SQL & Python

* Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Marketing & IT/Data teams.
