Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM | Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹15,000 onwards

What you'll do

Video

- Edit vertical video for Instagram and YouTube Shorts — clinic footage, patient education explainers, procedure walkthroughs
- Cut for pace, add subtitles, sound, and on-screen text within our brand style
- Manage the raw footage library so clips are findable and reusable

Social media

- Write captions in the practice's voice — clear, warm, never salesy
- Schedule and publish across Instagram, YouTube and Google Business Profile
- Respond to comments and route patient enquiries to the front desk
- Maintain the content calendar and flag gaps before they become gaps

Design and documents

- Lay out and update patient care guides, aftercare sheets and booklets as print-ready PDFs
- Keep every document consistent with the brand system — Cormorant Garamond and Jost, black/cream/gold palette
- Prepare graphics and carousel slides from written content

Planning and strategy

- Own the monthly content calendar — build it, keep it filled, keep it moving
- Track reach, saves, shares and follower growth, and report what worked and what didn't, with a view on why
- Bring topic ideas of your own: what patients are asking about,



what's moving on other clinic and health accounts, what we haven't covered
- Adapt format and posting rhythm based on what the numbers show, and make the case for changes
- Repurpose across formats — a reel becomes a carousel becomes a section in a patient guide

What we're looking for

Essential

- 2–4 years producing short-form video and social content for a brand, agency or creator
- Able to read platform analytics and turn them into a recommendation, not just a screenshot
- Fluent in Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve — whichever you use, you should be fast in it
- Comfortable in Canva; able to produce a clean, well-spaced page without a designer holding your hand
- Strong written English and Hindi; able to write a caption that reads like a person wrote it
- Enough attention to detail to catch a wrong font or an off-brand colour before it goes out

Helpful, not required

- Experience with healthcare, clinic or wellness brands
- Basic photography or on-site shooting
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Later or similar scheduling tools
- Adobe InDesign or Illustrator
