Job Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies for real-estate projects. - Generate leads through digital, social media, and offline marketing. - Plan and manage promotional campaigns and property advertisements. - Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and sales. - Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. - Manage marketing activities, budgets, and campaign performance. - Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets. Requirements: - Any Degree / Diploma. - 1–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably real estate. - Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation. - Target-oriented with positive team-management skills. Location: Chennai Work Mode: Office + Field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
