We are looking for a PCB Purchase Executive experienced in sourcing electronic components and PCB-related materials. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Mouser, DigiKey, Arrow, element14/Farnell and other electronic component suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of PCBs, electronic components, connectors, cables, ICs, passives and electromechanical components.
- Source components through Mouser, DigiKey, Arrow, element14/Farnell and authorized distributors.
- Analyze BOMs and identify part numbers, manufacturers, specifications and alternates.
- Obtain and compare quotations based on price, MOQ, lead time, availability and payment terms.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation, delivery schedules and shortages.
- Track open POs, pending deliveries and material shortages.
- Verify component availability and identify suitable alternate/compatible parts in coordination with engineering.
- Maintain supplier records, pricing databases and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Engineering,



Finance and Quality teams.
- Follow up on urgent/short-lead-time requirements to support production schedules.
- Ensure procurement from authorized and reliable suppliers and maintain component traceability.
- Handle obsolete, discontinued and EOL components and support alternate sourcing.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in electronics procurement / PCB purchase / component sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components and PCB manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with Mouser, DigiKey, Arrow and element14/Farnell.
- Good understanding of BOM, MPN, Manufacturer, MOQ, Lead Time, AVL and alternates.
- Experience in vendor negotiation and price comparison.
- Valuable Excel skills and ERP/procurement software knowledge.
- Strong follow-up and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight production timelines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
