Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized skilled to manage our logistics and operations. The role involves overseeing the complete order fulfilment cycle from issuing purchase orders & coordinating with suppliers to ensuring timely dispatch & invoicing to our clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination abilities, excellent attention to detail, and the capability to follow processes diligently to ensure seamless internal and external operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Raise and issue purchase orders to vendors/suppliers
- Coordinate with customs agent for import orders and oversee the customs clearance process
- Coordinate with supplier POCs to track and ensure timely receipt of materials as per agreed timelines
- Inspect and verify incoming material against the purchase order and ensure proper segregation & labeling for dispatch
- Plan and manage dispatches to clients’ sites in coordination with project schedules
- Liaise with our transportation & logistics partners and manage / oversee all logistics




- Review all incoming purchase orders from clients and highlight any discrepancies from our general terms & conditions
- Submit sales invoices to clients in line with PO terms and billing milestones and track client payments to ensure they are received as per agreed timelines
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics, inventory movement, and dispatch documentation

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics coordination, and supply chain management
- Strong communication and follow-up skills with an attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to manage teams and keep them motivated to get work done on time
- Familiarity with purchase order cycles, invoice documentation, and basic commercial terms
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general document handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
