Job Summary

We are looking for a Therapist cum Multitasker who will be responsible for delivering professional wellness and aesthetic therapy services while also supporting day-to-day clinic operations. The candidate should be well-groomed, customer-focused, flexible, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform professional body, wellness, slimming, and aesthetic therapy services as per company SOPs.
- Conduct client consultations and understand their requirements before providing services.
- Assist clients with appropriate therapy and treatment procedures under defined protocols.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the treatment area.
- Ensure proper preparation, handling, and maintenance of therapy equipment and products.
- Maintain treatment records, appointment details, and daily service reports.
- Follow all clinic SOPs, hygiene protocols, and operational guidelines.
- Support the front desk and clinic team during peak hours whenever required.
- Assist in client coordination, appointment management, and follow-ups.
- Support inventory checking and inform the supervisor about stock requirements.
- Help maintain overall clinic cleanliness and readiness.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, dietitians, counsellors,



clinic managers, and other team members.
- Handle additional operational responsibilities assigned by the Clinic Manager or Operations Team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address basic client queries professionally.
- Support the team in achieving monthly appointment, service, and revenue targets.
- Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, discipline, and workplace etiquette.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Therapist in a wellness, slimming, aesthetic, spa, or similar industry.
- Knowledge of body therapies, slimming therapies, wellness treatments, or aesthetic procedures will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Basic knowledge of clinic operations and documentation.
- Willingness to learn new treatments, machines, and procedures.
- Good grooming and skilled appearance.
- Flexible to handle multiple responsibilities as per business requirements.

Working Requirements

- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Weekly Off: As per company policy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
