Role Summary
We are hiring a Google Ads Sales Specialist who can communicate with potential clients, understand their business objectives and convert qualified prospects into paying customers for Google Ads services.

Responsibilities

- Handle sales enquiries and potential clients interested in Google Ads.
- Explain Google Ads/PPC services and campaign benefits.
- Understand the client's business model and advertising objectives.
- Identify the client's marketing challenges and recommend relevant solutions.
- Qualify prospects based on budget, requirements, business type and buying intent.
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls.
- Follow up with warm and interested prospects.
- Handle objections related to pricing, performance, ROI and campaign expectations.
- Conduct online presentations or consultations when required.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate with prospects and close sales.
- Maintain sales pipeline and follow-up records.




- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the campaign management team for successful client onboarding.
- Maintain solid relationships with acquired clients.

MUST HAVE

- 1+ year of hands-on Google Ads Sales experience is REQUIRED.
- Previous experience selling Google Ads/PPC services is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads services.
- Ability to confidently explain campaign benefits to clients.
- Ability to understand and qualify client requirements.
- Strong sales conversion and closing ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in Google Ads Sales, PPC Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, Performance Marketing Sales or Google Ads Business Development are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
