* Prepare and cook a variety of tandoor dishes, including naan, roti, kebabs, tikka and other Indian breads.
* Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently.
* Prepare marinades, sauces and ingredients required for tandoor items.
* Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation of food.
* Follow food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
* Monitor food stock and inform the kitchen supervisor about shortages.
* Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Tandoor Chef is mandatory.
* Knowledge of Indian and tandoor cuisine.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
