About Rohan School of Music

Rohan School of Music (RSM) is a music and performing arts education company focused on providing structured and engaging learning experiences to students of different age groups and skill levels.

We are looking for passionate and experienced Keyboard & Guitar Teachers to join our faculty team and conduct in-person music classes in Sarjapur, Varthur, and Electronic City.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging Keyboard / Guitar classes for students across different age groups and skill levels.
- Plan and deliver structured lessons based on each student's learning level and goals.
- Teach music fundamentals, technique, theory, rhythm, chords, scales, songs, and repertoire.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for performances, assessments, and graded examinations where applicable.
- Maintain regular attendance and ensure timely communication regarding classes and student progress.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and professional learning environment.
- Follow RSM's teaching standards, class schedules, and operational processes.

Requirements





- Strong proficiency in Keyboard / Guitar.
- Prior experience in teaching Keyboard/Piano and Guitar is preferred.
- Good understanding of music theory and practical application.
- Ability to teach beginners as well as intermediate-level students.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with students.
- Candidates should be comfortable travelling to Sarjapur, Varthur, or Electronic City for offline classes.
- Candidates must be available to work 5 days per week.

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly looking for candidates who are:

- Strong in Keyboard / Guitar
- Comfortable teaching students independently
- Based in or around Sarjapur, Varthur, Electronic City, HSR Layout, Bellandur, Whitefield, or nearby areas
- Available for a regular 5-day working schedule
