What we are looking?

We are looking for a Telesales / Vehicle Onboarding Executive to join our FTL Logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with vehicle owners, transporters, and drivers over calls, onboarding vehicles, collecting required documents, and maintaining accurate information in the CRM from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to vehicle owners, transporters, and drivers.
- Explain the company’s services and onboard new vehicles.
- Collect and verify required vehicle and transporter documents.
- Follow up with prospects until the vehicle onboarding process is completed.
- Update all calling and onboarding details in the CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle owners, documents, and onboarding status.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for successful vehicle activation.
- Follow up regularly with existing leads and potential vehicle partners.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and vehicle onboarding targets.




- Work from the office and coordinate effectively with team members and other departments.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work effectively in a work-from-office workplace.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, vehicle onboarding, or telesales will be preferred.

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Vehicle Onboarding, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
