HR Manager / Head – Human Resources

Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the organization's human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and administrative support. The role ensures smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews with department heads.
- Coordinate the selection process and communicate with candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.

2. Employee Onboarding & Induction

- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Verify employee documents and maintain personnel files.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Coordinate issuance of employee ID cards, email IDs, and company assets.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

- Monitor daily attendance through biometric or attendance software.
- Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding absenteeism and late attendance.
- Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.

4. Payroll Support

- Prepare attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
- Verify overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for salary processing.
- Assist employees with payroll-related queries.

5. Employee Records & HR Documentation





- Maintain employee personal files and digital records.
- Update HRIS and employee database.
- Prepare employment-related letters including confirmation, transfer, promotion, warning, experience, and relieving letters.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.

6. Statutory Compliance

- Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining statutory records related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and labor regulations.
- Coordinate with external consultants for statutory submissions where applicable.

7. Performance Management

- Assist in probation reviews and employee confirmations.
- Coordinate annual performance appraisal activities.
- Maintain performance records and documentation.

8. Employee Engagement & Welfare

- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare programs.
- Address employee concerns and coordinate grievance resolution.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.

9. Training & Development

- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and employee skill matrices.
- Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.

10. HR Administration

- Prepare HR reports and MIS on manpower, recruitment, attendance, attrition, and leave.




- Maintain organizational charts and employee directories.
- Support HR audits and ISO documentation where applicable.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience with payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Robust problem-solving and time management abilities.

- Recruitment turnaround time.
- Employee onboarding completion within target timelines.
- Payroll and attendance accuracy.
- Employee record accuracy.
- Statutory compliance adherence.
- Employee retention and engagement support.
- Timely submission of HR reports.
- Employee grievance resolution within defined timelines.

Working Relationships

- Internal: Management, Department Heads, Finance, Administration, and all employees.
- External: Recruitment agencies, statutory consultants, training providers, and government authorities (as required).

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
