Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Store Manager to oversee the complete operations of the store. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and motivating the store team, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
- Monitor inventory, stock inward/outward, replenishment, and stock audits.
- Minimize stock loss, damages, and shrinkage.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Handle billing, cash management, daily reconciliation, and deposits.
- Maintain proper product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, safe, and customer-friendly.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, warehouse, and head office as required.
- Monitor store KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, customer footfall, and repeat business.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of retail sales and store operations.
- Strong inventory and stock-management skills.
- Target-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, POS, ERP, and billing systems.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.
- Good knowledge of Hindi and English preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant retail/store management experience.
- Experience managing a sales team and achieving store targets preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
