Key Responsibilities

* Counsel prospective parents and students regarding school admissions, curriculum, subject choices and academic pathways.

* Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails and walk-ins.

* Explain the school’s academic programmes, facilities, fee structure and admission procedures.

* Provide guidance regarding Arts/Humanities subjects, career options and higher-education pathways.

* Follow up with prospective parents and students and convert enquiries into admissions.

* Conduct campus tours and assist during admission-related events and activities.

* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications and admissions.

* Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for a smooth admission process.

* Prepare admission reports and maintain enquiry/MIS records.





* Represent the school professionally and maintain positive relationships with parents.

Eligibility & Requirements

* Graduate/Postgraduate in Arts/Humanities, Psychology, Education, English, or a related discipline.

* Prior experience in school admissions, counselling, education or customer relations will be preferred.

* Good knowledge of Arts/Humanities subjects and career options is essential.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Solid counselling, convincing and follow-up abilities.

* Good command of English and Hindi.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and maintaining records.

* Pleasant personality, professional attitude and good presentation skills.

* Candidates with experience in CBSE schools will be preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; experienced candidates will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification and experience.

Work Location: On-site, Haldwani
