Moonbliss Lifestyle is a fast-growing, mission-driven D2C startup dedicated to transforming the Menstrual Wellness and Women’s Health space. As we scale our operations and expand our regional marketing footprint, we are looking for a dedicated, sharp Accountant to take complete ownership of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities1. Hardcore Daily Bookkeeping (Highest Priority)

- Real-Time Data Entry: Maintain complete, zero-backlog daily entry of all banking transactions, sales invoices, and expense vouchers in accounting software (Tally Prime / Zoho Books).
- E-commerce Reconciliation: Reconcile daily sales from our website/marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon) against payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree) and logistics partners.
- Ledger Management: Maintain meticulous daily ledgers for marketing vendors and our high-volume influencer campaigns , tracking payouts and outstanding balances accurately.
- Inventory Tracking: Log daily purchase bills from manufacturing partners and keep a tight track of operational cash flows.

2. Basic Taxation & Compliance

- GST Reconciliation:



Perform weekly/monthly data matching of purchase registers with GSTR-2B to ensure optimal Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims.
- Filing Preparation: Compile clean, error-free financial data sheets for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings.
- TDS Compliance: Apply correct TDS sections on vendor and marketing bills, ensuring accurate deductions before releasing payments.
- ITR Support: Maintain robust day-to-day bookkeeping so that yearly Corporate Income Tax Return (ITR) filings and external tax audits run seamlessly.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting (Experience in a D2C, E-commerce, or retail startup is highly preferred).
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter.
- Software Mastery: High proficiency in Tally Prime or Zoho Books, and advanced MS Excel (must know Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data sorting).
- Tax Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of Indian taxation, specifically GST mechanics and TDS rules.
- Traits: Extreme attention to detail, highly disciplined with daily deadlines, and excellent organizational skills.
