- Visit retailers, wholesalers & distributors regularly
- Generate recent customers and develop new market areas
- Take orders from customers and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Prepare daily sales/market visit reports
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues
- Promote company products and increase product visibility
