Role Description:
We are looking for a confident, presentable, and skilled Telecalling Executive who can effectively communicate with prospective and existing clients, build rapport, understand their requirements, and contribute to business development through effective telecalling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Introduce and explain the company’s products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects and clients.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach during customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further lead processing.
- Maintain accurate records of calls,



discussions, and follow-up activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in spoken Hindi and basic English.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
- Strong rapport-building, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Patient, resilient, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
