Job Title: Sales Officer – Furniture Manufacturer

Location: Kollam
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday -Saturday

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to promote and sell our factory-manufactured furniture to furniture showrooms and retail partners.

The Sales Officer will be responsible for developing strong relationships with showroom owners and managers, increasing product visibility, and achieving sales targets including payment collection.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, field sales experience, and knowledge of the furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach new furniture showrooms, retailers, and dealers to expand the customer base
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing showroom clients
- Present product catalogs, explain features, pricing, and benefits to customers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management
- Visit showrooms regularly for order collection, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Coordinate with production, accounts and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports




- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Promote new product launches and special offers to customers

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture or related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel locally for showroom visits
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Valid driving license and 2 wheeler is necessary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
